Characteristics and Applications of the Products
XLPE insulated power cable has the advantages of not only high mechanical strength ,good ambient stress resistance,good electrical properties and anit-chemical corrosion ,but also simple construction,light weight and convenient to use.It applies to electrical power transmission and distribution lines with A.C.rated voltage Uo/U up to and including 0.6/1 kilovolts.
The main features of the flame retardant XLPE power cables is hard to get fire or that the continous burning of cables is vert limited when it is on fire .It applies to the places with many cables laid tightly together such as power-generated station, subway,tunnel,high-storey building, large-sized factory and mines,oil field and coal mine.
Fire-resistance cable can operate normally for some time when it is burning except that it can transmit electrical power under normal condition,It is used in the places such as nuclear power station,subway,tunnel,high-storey building,large-sized factory and mines,oil field and coal mine.
The main characteristics of low smoke,halogen-free, flame retardant power cable is very low smoke emission and harmless(low toxic,low corrosive) besides the property of flame retardant.lt can be used in such kinds of places as subway,tunnel,nuclear power station with special demands of property of flame retardant,the density of smoke emission and toxic index when cable gets burning.
Standards of the Products
The cable is manufactured in accordance with the standards of GB/T12706.1-2008or IEC 60502. It can also be produced according to special requirements put forward by clients. Besides the standards mentioned above,the flame retardant property of the flame retardant cable must meet the corresponding of class A,B,orC which is stipulated in GB/T18380.3-2001 Amongst the 3 class,class A is best,while C worst Clients can select any type of cable as practical needs.
Fire-resistance property of the fire-resistance cable can GB/T19216.21-2003.
Low smoke,halogen-free retardant power cable is produced in accordance with our enterprise standards.Its flame of class A, B or C which is stipulated in GB/T18380.3-2001. It must psss the test of smoke density described.GB/T17651-1998 and the test measuring the pH vaule and conductivity which is stipulated in GB/T17650.2-1998

(2)Maximum rated temperature of cable conductor is 90℃
(3)Maximum conductor temperature is lower than 2500C when cable is sho~ed for Iess than 5 seconds．
